Hello everyone. Today I would like to share a layout that I have completed. My dear friend who is in this photo recently posted onto Facebook her top people in her life...and yes you guessed it I made her list! Although we live in different states now, she and her family always come up in conversations and although she is not here...manages to bring a smile to our faces. One of my aims this year is fly up to Queensland and to have some MAJOR catch up time with them.

My layout follows the latest challenge from Once Upon a Sketch and the journalling theme is: "Lesson learnt..."

For my chippies, I used walnut stain and LSG embossing powder....it adds a bit of shimmer!

Kaisercraft ~ Violet Crush ~ Sentosa

Hello everyone. This is my third project using this collection. I'm not usually drawn to purple but this collection is one that I seem to be enjoying. These photos were taken on a trip two years ago. I visited Thailand and Singapore. During the Singapore trip, we stopped over at Sentosa where we saw so  many amazing things. They had so many beautifully landscaped gardens and floral sculptures....

"Live, Love and Dream" canvases

These canvases were made for my friend's daughter. I have known Miss B. since she was a little baby....she is now 15! She wants her room to be black, white and purple so this collection was perfect. When she opened her gift she loved all of the textures from the texture paste...I think it was a hit!
