Art Foam Daisy Tutorial

Hello everyone! I hope you are having a great Australia Day long weekend. Tomorrow I return back to school and I cannot believe how quickly the Christmas holiday break went. I have been planning on editing this tutorial for a while and I only managed to get it done today.

These are some daisies that I have in my garden. These photos were taken last year before all of the heat waves that we have had. After seeing how pretty they were, I was inspired to make some daisies.

Below is a video tutorial that I have made which shows you my process. After listening to my voice over. I did notice that sometimes I call my 'wooden skewer' a 'stylus' but I think you should be able to over look that error. Sorry!

Birthday Card Ideas

Stuck for some card ideas? Look no further. Here are two birthday cards that use dies, flowers and gorgeous papers from the With Love Collection. Handmade cards always give any recipient joy and a feeling of how special they are. Having cards in your stash ready to go is always a bonus!

To showcase the birthday greeting, I framed it with some handmade flowers which I made using Kaisercraft artfoam. I also added some pearls to accent the frame which is detailed. The coloured collectables are a great addition of adding layers and details to any creation.

If you would like to create these flowers, click here to view the full tutorial.

This card has a similar design as the previous except by changing some of the elements, it has a completely different look. The frame was created by using glitter cardstock. The birthday wishes stamp was accented with the glitter and once again the glitter was used as one of the mats.

I hope that today you have some ideas and some inspiration of how you can create some birthday cards to give or to have in your stash, ready to have on hand for that special someone when they are celebrating a birthday.

If you would like to purchase any of the products from this collection, be sure to visit your local stockist or visit the Kaisercraft online store.

Find Joy ~ Kaisercraft

Hello everyone! I hope that you are well. Today I am sharing a layout that I have created using Kaisercraft's Paisley Days Collection. It's fun and fresh and perfect to create layouts that feature spring time photos, children and family outings. If you would like to view the instructions on how to create this layout, stop by the new Kaisercraft blog where you can download full instructions.

I used this photo as a springboard to customise my embellishments. The little girl's dress coordinated with the collections and the innocence of playing with bubbles just was just adorable!

There is still time to enter a competition over on the Kaisercraft blog. Make a comment about the current collections for a chance to win one of two new collections to be released next month. Just click here .

That is all from me. Have a great week and thanks for stopping by!

Embroidery Hoop Wreath

Hello everyone! I hope that you are having a wonderful day. Today I am thrilled to be able to share with a wreath that I made using Kaisercraft's art foam which is like foamiran. I was busy in the school holidays making these flowers and I am now able to share the fruits of my labour with you now!

To display my flowers I thought a wreath would be the best way. I used some paper from the Memory Lane collection and adhered it to a canvas.

I die cut some extra leaves using green cardstock to add some more foliage to compliment the flowers.
I also used some Kaisercraft paper blooms as well as some rose buds from my stash to add some more fullness to the wreath.
