Birthday Banner Card

Hello everyone. I am sharing with you a birthday card that I have just made. I am entering it into two challenges. The colour inspiration came from the Shabby Tea Room challenge.

You are asked to create a card or project inspired by the COLORS IN THE PHOTO PLUS INCLUDE LACE, FABRIC AND A BUTTON!

The design follows the sketch from The Sweet Stop

I really like banners at the moment and I thought that this sketch was perfect for me.

Originally, I wanted to create a fabric flower. My plan didn't work so I created a lace rosette. To create this, simply sew a running stitch along the edge of the lace and pull it tight. Simple and effective!
I altered the corner section of the sketch. I used some banners and attached a flower and some seam binding.

Supplies:

Paper: Stampin' Up! cardstock, Adrienne Looman Victoria digi kit

Ink: Distress ink old paper and walnut stain

Stamps: Waltzingmouse Stamps Fancy Phrases

Other: Lace, Stampin' Up! seam binding, button, Hooked on Craft flower

Thanks for stopping by!
