Hello everyone. Today I would like to share my latest card with you. I needed a masculine card for a birthday that's coming up so I thought I would have a go at creating one in the style of mixed media. I drew upon inspiration from Georgia Heald. I really like her techniques and especially learnt a lot from watching her You Tube videos.
Anyway, here are some close ups....
Supplies:
Paper: Kaisercraft Art of Life paper pad, SU! crumb cake and black cardstock
Ink: Walnut stain distress ink, Memento tuxedo black
Stamps: Bobunny Midnight Frost clear stamps, Kaisercraft Hppy Birthday clear stamps
Other: Kaisercraft Art of Life collectables and sticker sheet, Prima parchment petals antique, Gesso, Twine, My Favourite Things Checkerboard stencil, perals, Dry Wall Tape, Gelatos licorice and chocolate.
Thanks for stopping by!

Your card looks wonderful a touch of grunge and masculine too! Love it!
ReplyDeleteCathy, just gorgeous!!! Love the monochromatic look and the way you match everything !!! WOW!!!
ReplyDeleteAgain, thank you for sharing!! Always love seeing what you create!!!
DeleteVery nice! I love mixed media and want to make some cards in that style but so far have not attempted it. I think you did a wonderful job. Masculine cards are so hard for me. I get so tired of stamping cars, trucks and fishing lures.
ReplyDeletefantastic card and design
