Have Yourself A Merry Christmas

Hello everyone! I hope that you are well. I cannot believe how quickly the time is passing and Christmas is coming. I have another Christmas card to share with you, featuring some dies. I love cabins and houses, so this was fun for me to make.

It uses some old and new products from my stash. I cut the frame from foam, and adhered my cardstock to the top, to elevate the frame and add extra dimension. I also added some foam to my sentiment, to create added interest to the card.

Supplies:
Cardstock: Kaisercraft CD 324 Crimson, CD 349 Arctic, CD 308 Bark, CD 309 Cinnamon, CD359 Spearmint, CD108 Coffee Bean, CD 301 Snow

Dies: Sizzix Bell Jar Diorama, My Favourite Things Rectangle Frame, Die-namics Fishtail flags

Stamp: Kaisercraft: CS336 First Noel

Ink: Versafine Onyx Black

Spellbinders M-Bossabilities Holiday Magic
Other: Wink of Stella, foam

Merry and Bright Shaker Card

Hello everyone! I hope that you are having a great week. Today I am sharing with a shaker card that I have made using papers from the Mint Wishes Collection from Kaisercraft. I have used lots of Christmas dies that are also from Kaisercraft which are so perfect for cardmaking.

The baubles in the background come with coordinating dies which make construction very simple. I coloured them in with copics and then added clear wink of stella over them to add some sparkle. I stamped the sentiment from the stamp set with Versafine ink onto acetate and embossed it using embossing glitter.

Peony Scrolls using Tombow Markers

Hello everyone! I am so thrilled to be on school holidays, resting up and catching up on the the errands etc that need to be done. I also have felt the urge for stamping and watercolouring. I was waiting for some special paper to arrive in the mail so I could try my new watercolour pens and I love them!

I used Altenew's Peony Scrolls stamp set and watercoloured them using Tombow markers. I stamped the flowers and leaves using Versamark ink several times onto Strathmore smooth white paper and heat embossed them using Hero Arts white embossing powder. I used a watercolor brush and the Tombow markers to colour the flowers and leaves.
The Strathmore paper is also great for backgrounds using Distress ink. I had no problems using my ink blending tool at all! I arranged my flowers and leaves and either used glue or foam tape to add some dimension to my composition.

Supplies:

Stamp: Altenew Peony Scrolls Stamps and matching die

Paper: Stathmore Smooth

Tombow Markers: Pink 723, Green 133 and 195

Ink: Distress Ink Tumbled Glass

Other: My Favourite Things Single Stitch Line Rectangle Frames, Foam Tape, Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear Confetti Mix Sequins

Thanks so much for stopping by!
